I have a problem in a game. Can you tell me what
to do?
Unfortunately, we cannot answer your game related queries by e-mail.
I didn't receive the confirmation e-mail and I
can't log in!
The confirmation e-mail is sent automatically to the address you give
us when you register. You may therefore have accidentally deleted
it, or you e-mail program may have filtered it. Please check whether
this is the case. If you still cannot find it, or if you permanently
deleted it, please send an e-mail to service@piggybackinteractive.com
from the e-mail address you registered with, stating your username,
password and the nature of the problem.
Cookies. I have followed the instructions you
give to turn them on and it still says that I can't accept cookies.
What can I do?
If the site is telling you that your cookies aren't activated then
they are not. If you are using Windows XP then you can try this method
to turn them on:
- Go to the PIGGYBACKINTERACTIVE.COM pages you are having problems
with.
- Look at the bottom of the window; there should be an icon that
looks like an eye with a no entry sign.
- On double-clicking that icon, you should find that a window comes
up listing all the PIGGYBACKINTERACTIVE.COM cookies.
- Right click on the first one and select "Always accept cookies
from this site".
Close Internet Explorer, then open it back up and reload the page.
I cannot log into my account!
In order to log into your account you should type your username
and password into the corresponding white boxes.
If this produces an error message, first check that you have confirmed
your acccount (see here).
Now try to register again here, making sure you follow all the instructions.
After you have registered it should tell you that your registration
was sucessful. If you still cannot log in, please send an e-mail
with the following details to service@piggybackinteractive.com:
1. Your operating system, browser and browser version
2. A step-by-step walkthrough of how you arrived at the error so
that we can try to emulate it.
3. Details of the error messages which you received.

How do I subscribe?
In order to subscribe, go to the main PIGGYBACKINTERACTIVE.COM homepage
(here). Now click
on REGISTRATION. Unless you work in the games industry or are a
member of the press, click NEXT. Now fill in all the fields. The
user name and password must be a minimum of 8 characters long. Click
SUBSCRIBE.
How do I download?
In order to download you first need to subscribe to the site (see
above). Then go to the downloads page (here).
Click on the guide you would like. You will now see a list of downloads.
Click to download or preview.
Why can't I see my download?
In order to view downloads you must install the Adobe Acrobat reader.
It is available for download here.
Am I eligible to take part in the competition?
Piggyback competition are open to all those who live in PAL Playstation
regions.
My browser can't play the videos!
The videos on PIGGYBACKINTERACTIVE.COM are presented in the Macromedia
Flash format. In order to view these movies, you will need the latest
version of the Macromedia Flash player. Click here for the free
